• Laundry Room: high-efficiency front loading washer and dryer (detergent included), iron & iron board.
• All-Season Sunroom: wrap-around windows, board games, wicker table & chair set (seats 4), sliding doors to furnished deck areas with hot tub (additional fees apply), view of the private pond, east facing (incredible sunrise).

Note that the entire main floor of Greenview Paradise is wheel-chair accessible.
